1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namma Projects ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users — students, businesses, and shop owners.

2. Our Services

Namma Projects provides:

• › Final year project development for engineering students (all domains)
• › Custom web applications, APIs, and dashboards for businesses
• › POS systems, billing software, and inventory management for shops
• › Logo design, brand identity, and social media creatives
• › 24/7 post-delivery support including viva preparation

All services start from ₹1,500.

3. Student Discount

Students registering with a verified educational email address (.edu or .ac.in) are eligible for a 10% discount on all purchases. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. Misuse of student email addresses may result in account suspension.

4. Payments

• › All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• › Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• › Payment must be completed before project delivery begins
• › We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the delivered project code. Namma Projects retains the right to use anonymized versions of projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You may not resell or commercially distribute our work without written permission.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided at purchase and are subject to:

• › Timely and complete requirement submission by the client
• › Prompt responses to clarification questions from our team
• › Complexity of the project scope

Delays caused by incomplete or late client information are not Namma Projects' responsibility.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• › Submit fraudulent or false project requirements
• › Use our platform for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• › Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• › Reverse engineer or resell our platforms and code

8. Limitation of Liability

Namma Projects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active users of significant changes via email.
