1. Full Refund — When You Are Eligible
You are entitled to a 100% full refund if:
- ✓ We do not deliver your project within the agreed timeline (without a valid reason or communication)
- ✓ The delivered project fundamentally does not match the agreed requirements
- ✓ Technical issues prevent the project from functioning as specified
- ✓ Payment was charged but we cannot begin work due to capacity constraints
2. Partial Refund — When Applicable
A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:
- › Project was partially completed before the cancellation request
- › Scope was changed mid-project at the client's request, leading to rework
- › Additional features were requested and partially implemented before cancellation
Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis based on work completed.
3. No Refund — Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable when:
- ✗ Project has been delivered and accepted by the client
- ✗ Cancellation is requested after delivery of the final working project
- ✗ Delays were caused by the client (incomplete requirements, no response)
- ✗ Client changed requirements significantly after development began
- ✗ Dissatisfaction due to reasons not related to our agreed deliverables
